Each applicant's information is processed separately for Rental only applications.  Each individual has their own background, credit and employment information, and it costs us to verify this information.  We pass that cost on to each individual applicant.

For our Lease-to-Purchase program providers, there is one application fee per household, regardless of the number of applicants that will occupy the property.
