Apply for any featured property we have advertised through our site.  You can apply online or via printed document.  

The Things You’ll Need To Start

• A signed authorization form for each applicant.  If you are printing a copy and faxing your completed application, please download a copy by clicking this authorization form link.    If you are doing an online application, this form is generated after your signature is complete and you are not required to download a printable copy.
• Copy of each applicant’s Driver’s License
• Copy of supporting income docs (last 2 pay stubs, child support income, SSI income or other supporting documents)

Important Things To Note:

** Fees are collected ONLY at time of processing.  If there are other applications being processed prior to your application, those applications must be denied before we collect an application fee and start processing your application.  

Please be aware that we receive a large volume of calls and are unable to respond to each one, however, all information required to gain access to the properties are included in each listing, and listings are removed immediately upon an application approval.

** Application Fee Breakdown: $85 = $45 Background check + $30 Employment & Income check + $10 processing fee **
