They can be. We will usually notate that on all our marketing material if the rental home is available for lease purchase. We do, however, work with a program that allows you to lease purchase homes that are for sale. To find out more about that program, visit our Lease Purchase page.

We do on a case by case basis. If the property owner is open to accepting section 8, we will list the section 8 availability on all our marketing materials and website.
We work in mainly the Gwinnett, Rockdale, Newton and Dekalb Counties.
We offer the following:

Rental listings – we will market & procure a rental tenant for your property, who qualifies to rent the home
Rent Collection – we utilize our online systems to collect rents, manage repairs, etc.
Lease Purchase – we help facilitate the lease purchase process for the client in conjunction with 2 lease purchase programs available in Georgia.
There are certain costs involved to verify your employment, housing history, and background. Because of these fees, each applicant we process are charged those fees up front. While other companies may not do this, below is a breakdown of exactly what your application cost pays for:

- $25: Employment & Income verification
- $10 processing fee
Each applicant’s information is processed separately. Each individual has their own background, credit and employment information, and it costs us to verify this information. We have to pass that cost on to each individual applicant
